CPB Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the CPB Rewards Program! By participating in the CPB Rewards Program (the “Program”), you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

 

1. Eligibility

  • The Program is open to all customers of CPB  who have created an account on the CPB Shop website.

  • The Program is available only to residents of India.

  • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of CPB Foundation are not eligible to participate in the Program.

 

 

2. How to Earn Rewards

Sign-Up Bonus

  • New members will earn 100 points upon successful registration for the Program.

Purchase Points

  • For every Rs. 20 spent at our shop (in-store or online), you will earn 1 reward point.

Bonus Offers

  • Periodic promotions may offer additional reward points (e.g., double points for purchases of specific products, or during special events).

Birthday and Anniversary Bonus

  • Earn 250 points on your birthday and also 250 points on your anniversary of joining the loyalty program.

 

 

3. How to Redeem Points

Points can be redeemed for discounts as follows:

  • 50 points = Rs. 50 discount coupon

  • 100 points = Rs. 100 discount coupon

  • 250 points = Rs. 250 discount coupon

  • 500 points = Rs. 500 discount coupon

  • 1000 points = Rs. 1000 discount coupon

Points can be redeemed at checkout for any eligible purchase on the CPB Shop website or in-store.

 

 

4. Void Points

Points may be voided or deducted from your account in the following circumstances:

  • Fraudulent activity: Any activity deemed fraudulent, including unauthorized use of points or account manipulation, may result in voided points and disqualification from the Program.

  • Canceled Orders: Points earned for orders that are canceled, returned, or refunded will be voided.

  • Violation of these Terms: Any violation of the Program’s terms and conditions may lead to the cancellation of accumulated points.

 

 

5. Program Modifications and Termination

  • CPB Foundation reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the CPB Rewards Program and any orders placed using points at any time. This includes altering the method of earning and redeeming points, as well as the benefits associated with each tier. All changes will be communicated to members via email or through the CPB website.

  • Any rewards or benefits not claimed before any program changes or termination will be forfeited.

 

 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CPB Foundation is not responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses that result from your participation in the Program, including, but not limited to, any loss of points or rewards due to system errors, fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

 

7. General Terms

  • By participating in the CPB Rewards Program, you agree to receive communication related to the Program, including promotional offers and updates.

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from the Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

  • If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect.
