Domestic Shipping

We currently ship across India through our trusted logistics partners, Blue Dart and Delhivery. Expedited shipping options, including Blue Dart Air and Delhivery Air, are also available for select locations.

In cases where a delivery location falls outside the service network of our primary courier partners, we will arrange shipment through an alternate registered courier service to ensure your order reaches you safely.

Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically processed and delivered within 7 to 14 business days from the date of confirmation, depending on the delivery location.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to factors including but not limited to:

• Remote or non-serviceable delivery areas, 

• Public holidays and regional closures, 

• Extreme weather conditions, or 

• Unexpected logistical disruptions. 

Should there be any delay in processing or shipping your order, our team will notify you via email and provide regular updates regarding the status of your shipment.

International Orders

At present, we only support direct shipping within India.

However, if you are located outside India and would like to order film, cameras, or other equipment, please get in touch with us directly at shop@chennaiphotobiennale.com. Our team will do our best to assist you with possible shipping arrangements, availability, and custom logistics support for international orders.

We are actively working toward enabling seamless international shipping in the near future.
