The Canon EOS Kiss (JP12), paired with the Sigma DG Zoom 28–70mm f/2.8–4 (C019), has been inspected and tested by CPB Darkroom and is in excellent working condition. The camera functions as intended, with all buttons, dials, controls, autofocus functions, shooting modes, film transport mechanisms, and metering system operating correctly. The built-in flash has also been tested and functions properly.

The camera's LCD display shows slight degradation; however, all information remains readable. This does not affect the operation or usability of the camera and has been noted as part of its overall condition.

The included Sigma DG Zoom 28–70mm f/2.8–4 is in excellent working condition. Autofocus operates correctly, the zoom and focus rings move smoothly throughout their ranges, and the aperture mechanism functions as intended.

The lens optics are clean overall, with minor internal dust and a small patch of fungus near the outer circumference of an optical element. These imperfections are visible upon inspection and may cause a slight reduction in contrast or increased flare under certain lighting conditions, but they do not significantly affect practical image quality.
