The camera functions as intended, with all buttons, controls, film transport mechanisms, autofocus system, shooting functions, and built-in flash operating correctly.

The camera's LCD display is functional and provides the correct information; however, deterioration of the display means that portions of some characters are not fully visible, making certain readings more difficult to see. This does not affect the actual operation of the camera.

The viewfinder also has deterioration within the viewing assembly that appears as an orange-coloured leak along the bottom edge. This is confined to the viewfinder and is not a light leak into the film chamber, meaning it does not appear in or affect photographs recorded on film. These issues have been reflected in the bundle's Fair condition grade.

The included Minolta AF Zoom 28–80mm f/3.5–5.6 is in excellent working condition. Autofocus operates accurately, while the manual focus and zoom rings move smoothly and the aperture mechanism functions correctly. The optics are clean overall, although there is a small amount of minor fungus around a section of the outer circumference of the rear element, along with a few very minor cleaning marks. These imperfections have been inspected and do not have any noticeable effect on practical image quality.

Cosmetically, the camera body is in fair condition, showing minor wear and scratches consistent with regular use. The lens body is in excellent condition, showing only very minor signs of use. The images shown depict the exact camera and lens you will receive.
