HOW TO SEND US YOUR NEGATIVES

PLACE YOUR ORDER ONLINE

• Select your film format: 35mm or 120. • Choose your preferred scanning method and any additional options. • Complete the payment online before sending or dropping off your negatives.

DROP OFF OR SHIP YOUR NEGATIVES

• Keep your developed negatives inside protective sleeves. Do not send them loose. • Place the sleeved negatives between two pieces of firm cardboard to prevent them from bending during transit. • Seal them inside a waterproof cover and use a rigid envelope or sturdy box. • Do not fold or tightly roll the negatives. Avoid direct contact with tape, staples, paper clips or rubber bands. • Include a note with your full name and Shopify order number inside the package.

PROCESSING, PAYMENT & DELIVERY

• You will receive an email confirmation once your negatives reach CPB Darkroom. • Please allow 10 days for scanning from the date we receive them. • Your scans will be sent as a Dropbox link to the email address registered with your order. • Your negatives will be securely packed and dispatched within two weeks after scanning. • Courier transit time is not included in the scanning or dispatch timeline.
